Welcome to Piedmont Kings!  We are located just north of Greensboro North Carolina, within 2 hrs of Charlotte, Raleigh and Roanoke.

We are dedicated to producing high quality Kings and follow responsible breeding practices.  Because the King Shepherd is a "breed in development", responsible and conscientious breeding is monitored by the American King Shepherd board members.  Please refer to the "Breed Standard "page and "What is a King Shepherd" page for additional details about these amazing dogs.

Kings are a recognized "rare breed" and may be shown with pride and confidence in the American Rare Breed shows, and North American Kennel Club shows, in addition to our Specialty shows.  

Kings serve a variety of functions and are extremely intelligent and trainable. They work in K-9, Service work, agility, search and rescue.  But the job they love the most is to be an active, involved family member!
